About 35 acres, on the rolling hills overlooking the Dordogne river, just West of the village of Le Fleix, toward St Emilion. The site is one of the very best in the region. The drainage is excellent. The vineyard, planted mostly of red grape varieties is older than most. It has been in the Chandou family for well over a century. Part of the vines date back to 1957.
